Donald P. Lewis, Jr., DDS is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is currently in private practice in Cleveland, Ohio.
He is also a Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine, AAOMS member, Chairman of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Committee on Software Development and Computer Technology, Consultant and Past Chairman for the AAOMS Committee on Practice Management and Professional Allied Staff and presently a consultant for the Committee on Anesthesia (CAN).
For the past 32 years he has developed and lectured in both the AAOMS Anesthesia Assistants Review Course and the Advanced Protocols of Medical Emergencies courses.
