Dr. Levine maintained a full-time private practice in Philadelphia for over 35 years. He graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry and received his post-graduate certificate in Periodontics from the University of Pennsylvania and has post-graduate clinical teaching positions at Temple University, UNC, UIC (Chicago), and University of Pittsburgh.
Dr. Levine is a Diplomate of the ABP, President, and Fellow of the International Society of Periodontal Plastic Surgeons, and a Fellow, Diplomate, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Academy of Osseointegration (AO). He organizes and leads the AO “Hot Seat” Live Podcasts which is streamed on YouTube. Dr. Levine is a Fellow of the International Team for Implantology (ITI) and presently serves as the US ITI Section Chair. He lectures internationally and has authored over 100 scientific publications and has participated in the last 4 ITI Consensus Conferences and last 4 Academy of Osseointegration Consensus Conferences..

With nearly two decades of clinical experience utilizing collagen matrixes, Dr. Levine has shared his insights at national and international surgical symposia and within postgraduate surgical programs across the United States. As founder of the 10 Keys Implant Perio Clinical Research Group in 2017, he has contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications validating the 10 Keys checklist- an evidenced-based protocol for achieving predictable outcomes in immediate implant placement within the esthetic zone.
